Went in with an appt after an unpleasant experience at another branch to update my name on the account. I was 8 minutes late, but already impatient due to the previous experience. I have to say I was not in a good mood while waiting although didn’t express it verbally. I don’t know the name of the guy who helped me, but I believe he was the manager since he was directing everything. Even though I wasn’t super receptive of his friendly gestures, he remained super friendly and patient with me through the whole meeting. He took care of everything efficiently and was nice to every patron who was also waiting to be helped. Clearly the place was super packed due to it being a Saturday. He was calm, professional, efficient, competent, and patient. We need more of this in every business establishment today. And I would like to say thank you Mr. branch manager for being so professional. Wells Fargo should def recognize him.

This is review has nothing to do with the branch location. Just a suggestion for direct deposit…there is a lot of competition out here releasing members funds a day early into a persons account. Maybe Wells Fargo bank management should take that into consideration and offer more incentives for members. Having my paycheck a day early will sure help me and others too.

I am here in the lobby of this location. I had a 1pm appointment. No one greeted us once we walked in the door, and 5 different bankers walked within feet of us, and still nothing. I had to see one of the nice Tellers to let them know we had a 1pm appointment (the time at that point was 1:12pm). Once the Teller notified someone we were waiting, we still waited another little while before we were to be seen. The waiting & the lack of acknowledgement we were there was disturbing.

Worse bank ever. Ridiculous policies like ID needed to make a cash deposit. Supposedly to cut down on fraud. Seriously, how absurd, like that's going to help the problem. Just use night deposit, no ID needed or risk putting my personal identifying information out there when making deposits for work.

I was a member of Wells Fargo Bank since 2000. These guys just don't get it. You open fake accounts..phony credit card accounts and mortgage/auto insurance accounts. And just recently, Wells Fargo was fined over a billion dollars. And they wonder why I'm closing my account????
