waited over 20 mins for my mobile order, went and asked for a refund and cashier caught an attitude saying they have been calling for it. i was standing at counter almost the whole time, i was them place the bag back there without calling. even if, app saying they put it on their designated pick up area. not behind the counter.

I wish I'd read the reviews before patronizing this establishment. I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit. And, one would think that the honey butter would've helped this catastrophe of a sandwich, but alas it did not.The sandwich was as dry as the cashier taking my order and the patty was at think as my patience with her at the window.Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Luckily, I had juice to wash down the cardboard thin dry funny biscuit, or I would've died.Wendy's, I appreciate the attempt to include those like me who can't eat beef or pork, but you've disrespected the chicken. Your prices are high enough for you to spring for a higher grade of chicken.

These people suck. We stopped through here on our way through town. They forgot like half our order. Then when I asked for the missing items, they were delivered to us all wrong. It took forever too.

Had their breakfast chicken biscuit and french toast sticks. Both were very good and the service was quick and efficient.

I was going to dine in, but most of the tables were dirty! So I took it to go, no biggie but down the road I opened my chicken sandwich with no tomatoes to find out that it does have tomatoes, do I want to drive back... Um no, the employees looked like they hated their job and I didn't want to inconvenience them...

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at the Wendy's restaurant in Columbia, SC. After utilizing their drive-through service, I realized that I had inadvertently left my credit card behind. This mistake turned into a nightmare when I returned to retrieve it, only to be informed that they couldn't access it because it was locked in a box for which they had no key.Not only was this situation incredibly inconvenient, but it also displayed a shocking lack of concern for customer well-being. As someone passing through Columbia, SC, I had no choice but to cancel my card and rely on the cash I had on hand to get home. This was not only frustrating but also left me feeling vulnerable and unsafe.What's even more disheartening is the lack of empathy and accountability shown by the staff and management. There was no offer of compensation, not even a simple apology for the inconvenience and distress caused. It seemed as though the manager was more preoccupied with external matters than addressing the issue at hand and providing a solution.As regular customers of Wendy's, my wife and I were deeply disappointed by this experience. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment fall short in terms of customer service and care. Needless to say, this experience has soured our perception of Wendy's, and we are now hesitant to return.

We ordered food at the drive thru and then told to pull forward to wait. They brought out some of the order, but not all of it. After waiting 30 minutes, they never brought the rest of the order and no one came out to let us know what was going on. Would not recommend eating at this location.

Service was great by the manager and the eating area was clean and the manager was friendly to my children. And the food was made fresh.

Put in a mobile app order, went through the drive-thru line to the window after giving my name, was asked to pull forward & it would be out. 3 people behind me received their orders before me. It took 3 employees to walk out to my car asking what I was waiting on, an extra 25 minutes, & a 4th walk out to my car before I received my order. And then had to ask for straws as my order came with 2 beverages, but was given no straws.I've most definitely had a lot better service at any other Wendy's location I've visited ANYWHERE in the U.S. They weren't busy, they weren't short-staffed, and the employees were gossiping & goofing off on their headsets & in the store.

Get it together Wendy’s! Pay people that can manage employees and shifts. There is no reason for the restaurant to be down during a busy lunch rush because they have to change shifts and don’t have registers available. Not being able to accommodate your customers for this reason is horrible.
