Bought a dress. Upon getting the receipt I saw it said final sale. It would have been nice to know PRIOR to purchase. But okay. We get home. The dress had a flaw, I’m told I can’t return because the receipt says final sale. (Mind you the dress wasn’t on sale, it was full price not a clearance item.) It had a pull in the material and could not be fixed. When we attempted to return since the dress was flawed, we were denied. We were willing to exchange. I did notice green tags on some dresses that said no returns. This dress did NOT have that tag. Also, online says I CAN return within 14 days. Guess it depends on who you ask.

This store is very chaotic and unorganized. I asked the manager on duty today May 7, 2023 where did the line start for the fitting room because there was a gaggle. She came from the counter and asked whose in line. The lady in front of me said that she was in line so she said ok you can stand there so I remained behind the lady. Another line starts to form at which time a store clerk tells the people in the other line to wrap around. I informed her that I was told to stand here and I had been waiting in line for a while (20 mins). The store clerk then talks to the manager. The store clerk came back and informed me and the store that I would be next. When it was my turn a lady walked in front of me even though people behind her was telling her that I was next. I was frustrated at that point and put the dresses back. I informed the manager that it is best to have a sign or something that signifies where the line starts. She tells me she usually have it under control. I drove nearly an hr to come to this store. This is a critical time for this store because of proms, balls, dances etc. The store would benefit on better organization of products as well as establishing a marker for fitting rooms specifically for busy seasons.

After purchasing a dress, I went to return it because the event I was wearing it to got canceled. I went to return the dress the first time and they didn’t have cash to do the return. The next time I went to return Google said the store opened at 11 and I showed up at 11:20 for the store to be closed.

1st off the place was extremely busy's homecoming weekend had to get dress for my daughter. Belinda was extremely helpful, my daughter is shy and athletic tomboy type. So,no easy task helped pick 8dress to try on help with shoes to the jewelry. I recommend her and this store,for that special look that has special customers service ? ??

I was so hesitant to write this at first. But the more my girlfriend talked about it, the more upset I became. I went into the business earlier this week with my girlfriend. I was keeping my distance a little just to not be all in her way. There was an outfit on a mannequin in which I pointed out to her, that I thought she’d looked nice in. She searched for the outfit but was unsuccessful. We noticed a lady behind the register and asked for assistance. Almost immediately we noticed that this lady had an extremely mad attitude. Our request for help seemed to bother her. We casually asked her where we could find the outfit that was on the mannequin. With few words she said, “is should be in that same area.” My girlfriend explained that she had looked with no success. That’s when the lady walked us back over to the area and pointed the outfit out. My girlfriend simply laughed and thanked the lady for her help. As the lady walked away she made a very inappropriate comment. The comment was, “white people get on my nerves!” So baffled at what I heard, I couldn’t even react. I slightly squinted my face with confusion. I was confused on how that comment even made sense. What did we do? Or better yet my girlfriend? I am a black man and as a black man I am aware that the outcome would be different if. Well I’m sure I don’t even have to say it. Overall, we didn’t end up buying anything. My girlfriend was extremely hurt by the comment , as was I . She hasn’t been herself lately and keep questioning what she did wrong. I don’t know who that lady was because we never got her name. She’s a heavy set, brown skinned woman, with long dreads. Whoever she is, she needs to be terminated affective immediately! I wanted to leave this comment because this isn’t something anyone, of any race should have to experience this. I will also call corporate about this issue.

I usually don’t leave comments about stores, or shopping experiences, but I just had to leave this one. My girlfriend was referred to this store by a friend of ours because she wanted to find a nice date night dress, so I went with her. Walking in, the store was well kept and clean. The staff was really friendly; they listened to what my girl was looking for, showed her a few different pieces, and eventually found just the right one. Speaking of staff - It was really busy when we went in, but Alyssa, one of the managers, was really patient with us and took really good care of us - she was great! All-in-all, we had a really great experience there, and my girl’s dress looks amazing on her! I definitely recommend this spot!

I read a lot of the reviews and I can’t really speak to their return policy, because my wife hasn’t needed to return any dresses yet. I will say the quality of the dresses are really nice and she looks really good in them. It’s a little on the pricer side, but nothing that will break the bank. The place is nicely stocked. They’ve got a lot of different stuff. We went back to pick up a purse to match the dress she bought a week ago and ended up leaving with some jewelry, a bikini, and two pairs of shoes. Kristina helped us out really well, so if you ever go there, ask for her!

Love the outfits I bought but when I went to return one I did not wear well before the return period, the employee told me I could not. I made her aware that it had not been 14 days yet and she continued being extremely rude to me. Will not shop here again due to the horrible customer service.

This store does not even deserve one star because of worker. So upset for sweet Christian girl being accused of stealing in your store. The worker made a scene over something that was not true. They had no proof and person accused told her they could call the police because they did nothing. This worker continued to harass even though they did nothing and had no proof. This person needs to find another job and also learn there are good people in this world. I will make sure my grandchildren do not go in this store or anyone I know. Its pretty sad when a grown person treats a outstanding young innocent person in this manner. I am sure the person knows who they are and feel something should be done to let this young customer know they are sorry for their actions.

I like the stuff here but most of it is not worth the price for the quality. The dress I bought last week was amazing and worth it but some of the other stuff was definitely overpriced.
