They are terrible Customer Service slow and be prepared to wait because they take all the time. Most of the time you will be waiting for at least 45 mins to an HR because you will make it to the teller. The only reason I come is to deposit my mortgage payment. THE WORST

Waited 5 mins before someone came out. Branch manager was very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't take money orders even though I'm an account holder. Didn't explained why she wouldn't deposit them. I'll never go back to that location.

They checked a box and it says we believe a check you deposited will not be paid for the following reasons.. They checked the box that's says We have confidential information that indicated the check may not be paid... I've never had this problem before.. when Anna was the manager over there.. I think it was rude and distasteful when the money does clear im taking everything out.. and will refuse to use your bank again .. I've never felt so disrespected

They refuse to give me a loan, I wait for more than twenty to thirty minutes. They charged me fifteen dollars for a debit card and twenty five dollars to close my checking account. They're bad for business, please take notice of my comments to avoid going through the same predicument.

Holding my stimulus worried they won't release in time before sending back to irs they took fees knowing it's illegal to take out of stimulus and it's been 4 days and it's still not back in account

I’ve never had a banking experience so helpful. The systems were down, and an atm took money out of my account , but gave me “insufficient funds” and no cash at the atm. The ladies at Harbison Walmart were so helpful and resolved the issue immediately! I love this bank.

Best customer service I have seen at a bank. The managers Anna and Ashley are awesome! I have been going for years. Mike and Cynthia know me by name and are always a delight to see. There is never a bad experience. I have been a witness to some individuals treating them with such disrespect yet they stay calm and professional. If you are looking for a bank who cares you want to go see them. Keep it up guys.

This Bank Is Horrible And The Customer Service Sucks. Anna And Ashley, The So Called Managers, Were Very Rude And Made My Experience There Less Than Pleasant. When I Called To Ask A Question Ashley Rudely Said To Me You Don't Have To Call Every 15 Minutes And Ask The Same Question. When I Asked To Speak With Management They Did Nothing And Simply Brushed Me Off. I Suggest You Take Your Business Elsewhere Because This Bank Is A Big Joke.
