Never know if or when they’re open. Pretty insane.
Edit: just went there today again at 10:30 AM. They are SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN, but they are NOT. I am at a loss for words at how incompetent the management is here. No words.

Open Saturdays 9 am to 10 am only, went the 9th December 2023. Employee was in there when I arrived at 9.44 am but she said her boss told her not to open. There is a sign on the door cash only - it has been up since Tuesday 5th December 2023, told by same employee that internet is down. Why is it down that long and why during the busy holiday season is PO Closed on Saturdays? I do not understand what is going on. When I called Mauldin to speak to Post Master you just get every option but a live person, so I drove over and complained.
Not good enough.

Not there during scheduled hours. Attempted to send 2 packages dropping them off at this location and both were lost.

Would give no stars if possible..... previous time I went there out for lunch sign hanging after said lunch time ended....when at mauldin complaining they say there was a family emergency last weekend.....but this was 2 days later..... next time closed sign hanging 20 minutes before closing time.... complained in mauldin again.....and she said no one wants to work🙄🤦♂️...... perhaps they should hang a sign.....now hiring....set your own schedule.....work your preferred hrs🥴🤷♂️🤣 perhaps this should be a p.o. on the chopping block 😃👍

U delivery guys are awful... always mixing the packages in different lockers... I found packages of other people in my locker... today they left my package in another locker... I hope and the neighbors are honest and return my package to my address... usps have a job... and they do it badly ...

They don't put mail in the box in a timely manner. Always closing early. They will send you to Mauldin po if they don't have a register open. We should all get a refund on the box fee.

PO was closed and stated they would reopen at 3:30. A line of people waited until after 4 pm and no one showed back up.

Just about every time I go there within the posted hours of operation the doors are closed. This has been multiple times and is very frustrating when you still have 20mins before closing to get into the office.

The older Caucasian women that was working there today was extremely rude! I couldn’t believe some of the things she was telling me! I will never stop by this post office again! Someone needs to monitor this post office and let her go as their have been others saying the same thing! Also the thing that got me the most was her telling me that I needed to hurry up because she has to go to lunch and she ain’t about to be in no post office for lunch!

PO Hours today are 2PM-4PM. I’ve been in line since 2PM and PO still closed.
