Customer service is great but I was in line and this women with glasses and a tattoo on her hand was waiting for people to come to her and I went to get in line and she called for someone else to come in line and I was standing right there and that dude wasn't even paying attention so I walked over to her she had him come over there she was skinny wearing a 7 eleven hoodie and glasses and has a tattoo covering the whole back of her hand

7-Eleven make it easy for people like me wanna go in a nice clean convenience store to pick up a few things. My experience was great great amazing customer service and again the place was clean.

Going down hill. Mornings I’ll stop coming in this location and head to Speedway. 711 does not staff their front counter leaving long lines while we have jobs and school to get too.

The slurpee flavors are always so good, and it's very clean. The parking lot gets a little hectic bc of the intersection and the waffle house, but I park in the back or on the side anyways.

Went to get gas at 1pm on Saturday. Asked for $60 cash on the pump and the lady said they had no change so they lost out on $60. Not going back there if they can’t take cash.

Went into the gas station to buy a couple of drinks and cash in a couple of lottery tickets. The attendant was not very friendly. She acted like she had an attitude when I asked her for a bag to put my drinks in, because I had my hands full. I got out to the car and realized I did not have the change that I thought I would have. 2 of the drinks were on sale so I thought maybe they rang up wrong. But the math was not mathing. So I went inside and asked for a receipt, and asked her how much the drinks were, and I was correct. She prints the receipt, annoyed, and it says she shorted me $5 back in cash. She opens the drawer and gives me the $5 and then grabs the receipt and wrinkles it up before I could grab it. (which I did ask her for a receipt). But at this point, I was tired of the attitude and was not going to let her ruin my good day so I just left. From someone who works in customer service as well, you just don't treat your customers that way. Spread happiness, if you are that unhappy with your job or your life, go change it. I was happy it was Friday, I was getting off work and getting me a yummy Slurpee with my winning lottery ticket (which I never have) and the last thing I wanted to deal with was some unhappy attendant. I even told her to have a nice day, and I hope she did. (without my $5)
