The staff here were very polite and helpful with getting my phone set up. A young lady, worked with me through the entire process and I would recommend this store for all your cell phone needs.

Do not use this store for anything. I used them to trade in my iPhone while AT&T was running a promotion and have had nothing but a headache with it for the past 11 months. They are now avoiding my calls and will not solve the issue they created. I provided Cody, the store manager, with all documentation of my purchase and trade in and he told me he would work on it, but it has now been 11 months and nothing to show. I call the store, ask for him and get transferred to the customer support line. They will cause you issues and not do anything to help solve them!

Cody Is amazing. He jumped through so many hoops it wasn't funny. He never gave up and got my phone service switched over. He stayed positive the whole time. Highly recommend this store!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Ernest at the Conway AT&T store. After 3 trips to no fault of AT&T or their staff, we were finally able to transfer all of our lines from a different carrier. Ernest was knowledgeable of the process, was patient when the other carrier through a few curveballs at us and went above and beyond in every step of the process.

I stopped into this store for an upgrade. After a short wait ,a woman named Jazmine asked if she could help me. When we discussed the business at hand , to my delightful surprise, Jazmine was full of knowledge. WHAT A JOY!! To actually get service from an employee with so much knowledge. I actually walked out a smarter cell phone user. Not to mention, the interest she took in making sure I understood what I was purchasing. THANK YOU JAZMINE ??
