“My daughter has my old iPhone 8 Plus. She got a piece of her charger stuck inside the port. Took it to Best Buy and T mobile. Best Buy wanted to ship it out. They didn’t even try. T mobile couldn’t get all of the pieces out. Mike from Batteries and Bulbs got it out in 20 seconds. Saved me $300 from buying her a new IPhone. Love this place.”

I went there Saturday (07/20) and they were super busy yet Douglas was doing what would've been the job of maybe 3-4 employees all by himself and with a smile on. If I was his boss I would be proud to have him working with me, give the man a raise!”
