Walked in, NO customers inside the bank. Two bankers behind the partition working on something together and a third at the drive up. One looks up and says,”we will be right with you.” I said ok and started reading brochures. A banker comes in from wherever, doesn’t speak. The drive thru banker asked if she can help me after some chatter. I stated I wanted to open an account. I’m still the LONE customer so I can be heard clearly by all. The person helping me looks over and says something, I stepped away from the window and I’m called back by the same person to say SHE has an appointment coming in,sorry can you try tomorrow…hell no! SHE didn’t even give me the decency to look up and acknowledge me! SHE clearly doesn’t want to help my kind so no thanks. SHE should remember if money isn’t coming into the bank, SHE won’t be here to DECIDE who deserved her help. SC has been one state that proudly displays its lack of progression socially. Until my job is done here, I will gladly write reviews on people like her and the others who assist in discriminatory behavior.

I use the online banking most often but when ever needed go to branch on Singelton Rudge road. Very friendly and helpful

We switched to this bank because our daughter has been with them since we started her first account. We have never had in issues in Georgia with her account. So we we switched. The workers in this bank are the RUDEST SNOBBEST PEOPLE. Every time I go here it’s as if I’m bothering them to get them to do their job. I have never seen anyone so rude in a bank before. They could care less for the business because they’re going to take their time and then talk about customers to each other like people can’t hear! Stay away unless you want attitude for them doing there job.

Black lady who's works at this location helping customers has the WORST attitude I've ever encountered at any place of business. Her attitude alone makes me want to switch whom I bank with.

You cannot get help at this branch. They do NOT know what customer service is. This branch should just close. I have been trying to open an account for DAYS and cannot. I have been calling for DAYS and no one will return my calls. I went in to open an account and was treated very poorly by a worker there. This branch has the wrong idea about what customer service is. My husband and I are pulling our accounts.The workers here should seriously consider another career. I would love to speak to an area manager to speak about the lack of service today.

The two employees were working on the computer so I waited for them to finish. After about 20 minutes I asked if they could wait on me and they said they were working with the computer and just wait. After another 10 minutes I left. Need personable, friendly personne that puts the customer first.

Stopped in there because I needed a 15 day payoff. They said it would take about 45 minutes to get it, so I gave them the fax number to send it to and they never sent it. Even face to face you can't get anything done at this bank. Poor customer service.

BB&T used to be great, but trash now that Truist took over. The ATM barely works. Last week the entire bank was down & unable to make transactions. The app is terrible. I'll be moving to a new bank. I feel bad for the employees because they're very nice people.

Do NOT use this bank. i disagreed with a charge on my step-mothers account and the gal actually threatened to call the police. We are talking a very miner charge. unfortunately our accounts are tied up in a trust and I can't move them or I would. This bank is the worst for charges and customer servicer.

My husband and I have hand nothing but an amazing experience with the tellers and bankers at this branch. If you’re looking for a bank that has your best financial interests at heart this is the place to go. We have had the pleasure of working with a few bankers at this branch and each encounter has been above expectation. Joshua, Christian, Lacey, and Ksenia have all been so helpful and have taken a lot of time and effort to save us money and get on a better plan to reduce our debt!

Not from the area but went in to make a deposit for a relative. Left Georgia before the banks opened. So I am welcomed by a very friendly voice. So I went to the one that spoke to me. Katelynn, hope I spelled her name right, took the deposit. Later, because I didn't understand the numbers, I went back. Katelynn again was the one I went to. She explained what I didn't understand. She was outstanding- if I lived in the area, I would bank here for her friendly upbeat service alone. Loved the service and attitude. Thank you Katelynn. :)

On October 6th 2015 I brought our deposits to the bank and never received a deposit slip receipt. I tried going back to retrieve one and since I am only the manager of the business and not a signee on the account they would not reprint me one. The deposit, including checks added up to over $900. Our accountant was in contact with me early in November and let me know that the deposit was missing. I went back to the bank to find out what was going on and again they would not cooperate with me! We have still not had the issue resolved. Since then I have made sure to only provide them with one deposit at a time and make sure they enter everything in correctly. I had a deposit end of November in which the receipt did not include our checks. Fortunately they were able to resolve the issue for me at that time since I had not left the bank but if I hadn't caught it I am sure it would have wound up missing. If you value your money,take my advice and DO NOT BANK WITH BB&T! They are by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I've had issues with other locations as well but the location on Hwy 501 in Conway is by far the worst. BEWARE!
