I went in because I’ve been struggling to find comfortable shoes that fit well, and Daniel was so patient and helpful! He did an in-depth analysis of how I walk, how I stand, and the shape of my feet to determine the best shoe and fit for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I stopped by the Conway office to find a pair of shoes that fit my feet properly. Tina & Mark ran a diagnostic on my feet. They were VERY knowledgeable of the style shoe I needed. They took a lot of time with me to make sure my feet had the proper shoe fit. They were very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by the Conway store and have them fit your feet.

We LOVE Black Dog Outfitters, the vibe of the store and most importantly, their customer service and staff!! They are an amazing local company that supports their community!! The store is such a great addition to downtown Conway!!

The Black Dog crew is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to everything they carry! I was looking for a new pair of shoes to wear to the gym and they found me just what I needed, even special ordered them when they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock. Their customer service cannot be beat!

My first experience was at your MB store and I'm so happy that you're open in Conway now. The new store is huge and gorgeous. I'm like a kid in a candy store. I will always recommend Black Dog to runners, walkers, and anyone that will listen :)

I’m so glad they opened a Conway location, I use to travel to MB from Aynor, that’s how great they are! I’ve been there twice now for different needs and the staff is just amazing. Love supporting local businesses! Conway loves ya! ?
