My daughter went there for the first time to get a quick weave and now she's trying to take it off and it's connected to her real hair and it wont come off and she said that she would rate a 1 and she said it itches very bad

I was here from 12:43 pm until 4:30 pm even with a 12:30 appointment. Everyone was friendly & my hair was nice.
