“My first car i bought was a 2021 Hyundai sonata. This second one I bought was the 2019 jeep cherokee. When I had a slight issue with the jeep, Tiffany answered and immediately eased my fears and stopped me from panicking. She quickly assured and reassured me that she would coordinate the claim; including the rental (if needed) and repairs. Turns out I would’ve been responsible with getting the vehicle from Hickory Nc To Conway Sc. When she found out this would be and issue she got otp with the owner who called in a favor from a friend who owned a mechanic shop. Here in hickory. They coordinated the repairs with the owner there who also provided me with a tow truck owner who was expecting my call and towed it for me within 30 mins. This was the worst situation with the best possible support team and a swift response that created the fastest and most thorough outcome. Had my car back driving the next day.
