TODAY 4/8/2024- If you don't want to serve everyone you should say that. As a first-time customer on a first-time visit, this was horrible Main Street. No Greeting, No Welcome, all you gave was a "TAKE OFF YOUR HAT"! Nothing else mattered. Even shouted in from another room.... You wanted this man to take off his hat and there was nothing that could be said or done about it. Not what business do you want or a HOW MAY I HELP YOU, nothing like that. Just a take off your hat!!!! That's what you call excellent customer service. again, let me mention, 1ST TIME VISIT AS WE HAVE NEVER BEEN OR DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU BEFORE AND You lost all respect within a 2-minute period. If your staff is not "HERE FOR YOU" as your commercial says, then why are they there. He came in to pay you and received not an ounce of courtesy or customer service. I called your number and was connected to the call center(Ms. Shelia), she suggested I go visit Brittney the Bank Manager, but WHY???? He went in and for the service received, he walked out. Brittney should reach out and apologize on the behalf of her staff. Watch the cameras, see the behavior and make the correction. Kind Regards.

The lady who opened my account was very rude, never explained all the rules/regulations. Never got checks. And most time when I go in the people are not at all friendly.

I just moved here from Utah so I don't know if this is normal but this credit union won't accept shared banking or if they do its only limited to one other bank/credit union I am limited to how many transfers I can do on my mobile app even with it being a Carolina Trust account they charge $5.00 for each cashier's check and that really sucks because I love cashier's checks it protects both parties but I guess I won't be doing that anymore and I guess my money is stuck in my accounts in Utah I truly don't understand the point of having a credit union account here I can't even use what I would think would be services that are provided I think a charge for a cashier's check is ridiculous I am use to 2 free cashier's checks a month then a dollar charge not $5 its like I should just keep my accounts in Utah and not have one here how convenient

Sent me two letters saying that I had not made my payment. Check cleared my account on June 16 . Mow been calling all morning with no answer. Must be getting robbed or something ?♂️

Why are there four teller spots in the lobby? Most days you are lucky to have one person working the lobby and seems like most of the time they also work drive-thru. Although I understand people in the office are working other jobs it is a bad look to not see them with customers and they couldn't provide some level of assistance. I shouldn't have to dedicate an hour to make a payment. During COVID you could make a payment in drive thru with no problem.

Opened an account almost 2 months ago and I still don't have a debit card !!!!! Nobody at the bank seems to care at all worst service ever I've ever seen in my life. I don't like to give bad ratings but this seriously is beyond ridiculous. And this Friday their banking system was down then they told me maybe we'll be able to deposit your check maybe not who knows. Seriously what kind of customer service is this?

recently applied for a first time buyers auto loan for a 2013 vehicle that was 13,449$, The requirements on their website state "no credit history required" "no co sign required" just need 5% down and a stable job. i had more then 5% down, 2,000$. after applying for said loan, i was working with mrs Paula, submitting everything, letting them pull my credit, i was informed by mrs paula, that i was declined for the loan due to only being on my current job 3 months( i was working 2 jobs for the last year and was blessed enough to get this position where i don't have to do that) " lack of credit history" and "need 5% down" . i get the job thing in a way, but i believe after receiving that response, that leads me to believe she didn't even put in my application that i had 2,000$ down! very poor and misleading on their end. if i would of known any of these things, i would of never had them pull my credit. shame on y'all. i will be disputing the pull on my credit with Equifax, due to the misleading and misrepresentation of their loan. violation of consumer credit act etc. don't use this credit union

40 plus years and I still love doing business with CTFCU. I have met good, bad and ugly but kindness and being polite is the way. Our attitudes and body language speaks volumes about how other people respond.

I was forced to become a member because of a home equity loan and thought we would use this place for our checking account, but after being treated like we were intruding on their breaks or whatever we decided not to be a member. 3 times I have been there no body wants to help you. I set an appointment and the 2 girls were arguing because the one girl had to take care of us was very upset. We walked out after 3 times of the same thing. Sadly I have to be a member but thank God that's all I have to do.

We have been members for quite a few years now and have never had any issues at the Conway location. Yes drive thru is slower than should be but there is only ever one person handling 3 lanes of customers, need to work on that CTFCU. Anytime we have went inside we were acknowledged promptly and served in a timely manner by a friendly face.

We absolutely love the Little River location and have had zero issues with banking. They are HELPFUL and offer assistance when needed since I have an elderly grandmother that I care for. The African-American female with long braids and glasses at the drive thru just stared at me and my father as we were concerned about the balance that we had recieved. Instead of being asked to come inside or step inside she just looked to no avail, did not ask what was wrong or anything but proceeded to go about as if nothing happened. I thought bank tellers were supposed to offer help and not just sit there. I will not be returning back to this location after this experience it was unprofessional and rude. The lady does not represent the values of the Federal Credit Union.... I don't reccommend this location AT ALL!

Short and to the point; I thought I had found a good credit union when I found this location close by. Wrong! I realized it more so when I read all the reviews. In my view, it all went down hill when this business like others used the COVID scare to their advantage. Never let a good emergency go to waste! Lay off employees. Deny services. Delay services. Pretend services are there when they're not.And let's not forget, the real reason I came here to post.....PERMANENTLY DENY THE USE OF PUBLIC BATHROOMS BY BLAMING IT ON THE BUILDING DESIGN OR ANY OTHER EXCUSE OR FALSEHOOD THAT WORKS FROM MOMENT TO MOMENT, never mind what the law says.I am elderly, but I still have sparkNotice: When I hit the post button, I am certain my English, grammar, and spelling were correct at the time. The people are always friendly and willing to help. Never make you feel like you are bothering them. Great place if you are looking for a bank
