Mrs Laura and Sam is the best. I did online loan and it took longer then expected. I went into the store to get some help and some answers. Mrs.laural was extremely friendly and helpful. I would not recommend doing online applications. I would go inside the store and talk to Mrs Laura or Sam. They are the best
