About Coast RTA

Coast RTA provides a valuable transportation service to the community, with generally great service and helpful drivers. However, the depot facilities could use some improvements, such as adding vending machines and better customer service at the front desk.     I am thankful for the bus services. I will say that sometimes the drivers pass through before the scheduled time which causes me to miss the bus. Also many pickup spots have no marker, so very difficult for a newby to know where to stand or go. Most drivers are polite and drive very well. Thank you for your... read full comment

    Great service that Coast RTA provides. Drivers are very respectful and helpful with which routes to take for desired destination.

    It's a depot!! Expect what it is. Need a pop or water vending machine. Staff behind plexiglass window with back toward you. Stood there for 7 minutes awaiting just an acknowledgement. Beejeeebus!!
