Conway Carwash is a local business that offers car washing services, including monthly packages. The facility is clean and generally well-maintained, with equipment that works well in most areas. Customers appreciate the heated washes, plenty of soap and wax, and the overall cleanliness of the place. However, some issues have been reported, such as problems with automatic washes not dispensing soap or working properly, leading to wasted trips and frustration. The pressure on the sprayers can be low, and there are occasional concerns about the alignment and effectiveness of the brushes, which sometimes miss spots or cause uneven cleaning. One customer noted a problem with the automatic payment system, where money was lost without receiving a wash. While many customers want to support the business, they suggest that some updates or repairs are needed to improve the experience. Despite these issues, Conway Carwash remains a convenient and generally clean option for car owners, especially those with monthly plans, but it could benefit from equipment improvements to ensure better reliability and service quality.
I did the do-it-yourself car wash. Everything was good with that. The surrounding area could use a little maintenance driving out and around the automatic car wash by the vacuum cleaners. The the roadway had a lot of potholes in it.
