I would surrender my license and throw myself into traffic to die rather than purchase a vehicle from this substandard operation. They refused to service my car because they said it smelled bad and they didn't wanted to catch aids from an old fag like me. Jeremy was directed to call the police if I did exit the premises. That seemed a bit unfair to me. What do you think???

I bought an all electric Mustang for $90,000 which included an extended warranty costing $5,000. They gave me a charger with an incompatible connector which cannot be used in my garage. When I went the dealership to use theirs I was told by Cliff Keener, James Brown and Carm Franck that they were not for public use and that if I did not exit the property they would have been arrested by the HCPD for trespassing. I told them I wanted my money refunded for the full purchase price of the vehicle and Keener called me a cheap Jew and spit on my wheelchair.

Not reputable. Reminds me of time car dealership. They do a lot of bait and switch. The repair shop will charge you for things that they have received alerts and recalls on.

Best ford service department ! I travel for work and have been to over a dozen dealerships with my f150 in the last 3 years. This is hands down the absolute best service department I have ever worked with. One of the few that don't haggle you over warranty issues and Wendy in service does an excellent job of communicating during repairs

One of the worst Ford dealerships around, careful with this dealership, service advisor will ask the tech to sabotage your car if you hurt their feelings. Complained to Ford Corporate, they do not deserve to be in business. There is only one service advisor who knows her stuff, too bad she works there.

After purchasing my 22 Ford Maverick on Dec. 22 2021. I used my free points to ordered Mats for my Truck. I called the end of Feb. and was told they would be there at CWF by the end of March. That date has passed, and I still don't have my Mats. It took me ONE Month to get my Truck, and I've been waiting on MATS for Four Months. SMH

Worst experience with a Ford dealership. Especially from the GM Barry Norman. I'm in Georgia where we bought our son a brand new Ford 150. He works in SC at the university. The truck is less than two months old and has two warning messages on the Ford Pass app saying get it to a dealer ASAP due to power train and some electrical wiring. I called the GM who didn't take the time to return my call and when I called back he said he did receive my message and said he was backed up for 3 weeks in service. I asked if my son could drop his car off and be given a loaner and his comments word for word were "I don't loan a car to know one who didn't buy a car from me" Wow! Way to go Ford on having a very unprofessional GM who can't try and help with a solution.

Nick was incredible in helping us order and buy our Bronco. Everyone else at the dealership also did very good, but thanks to Nick for making our purchase fast and easy.

Ford's parts and Repair are lacking in Diversity and I think that's why I'm having a problem with receiving the Floor mats I purchased with my free points.I ordered the mats in Dec. I called about them at the beginning of March and I was told they would be there by the end of March, but that didn't happen.I spoke with James today 5/9/22 and he said, he didn't have an order for my mats. As I was explaining the above conversation to him we mysteriously got disconnected. Imho, he hung up on me.James SAID, he reordered the mats and they would be here in ONE week! I'll see!1 Month to get a 22 Ford Maverick and almost Five Months to get the mats SMDH!!!
