This is not Thomas (but his mother) Shirley Amundson. I really hate that I have to drive 1/2 miles out of my way to get into the CVS parking lot. The cement things at the enterances prohibit turning off Myrtle Ridge into the parking lot.

Have genuinely never had a positive experience with this pharmacy. They are rude and unable to answer any questions with meaningful responses. They shame you when you are concerned and are miserable 100% of the time.

The NP here is a joke. My PCP said to be seen. I previously had shingles 5 years ago and I am now having the same exact symptoms. Went here and she refused to do anything as I did not have a rash. No physical exam, just looked at the area. Told me to contact my PCP. My symptoms are classic textbook of shingles. Went to another urgent care right after, diagnosed with shingles and put on a medication. Don't waste your time!

This CVS has the absolute best people working in the pharmacy and at the front cash registers! They are all very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and they make it a pleasure to pick up prescriptions or shop at this CVS!!!

I work here and honestly it's not what it seems. The pharmacy are great people. But the actual store workers could do better. Some of management could do better. Erik and nateria are the best managers there. But the rest are just rude and straight up don't care.

I recently discovered that I had two active insurance accounts on file, which I was never informed about until it was too late. I also was never aware it would cause an issue. As a result, my insurance policy is now inactive, and I can no longer afford my HIV medication. Thank guys :)
P.S. The two women in the minute clinic were not very kind when I got my last COVID-19 booster shot. The appointment lasted over an hour longer than scheduled. I was the only patient at the clinic during the long wait.

The staff at the drive through take forever!! The line takes forever to get through and the staff don’t even try, If it’s gonna take this long make the people pull to the side and keep the line going, It’s ridiculous. I don’t recommend going through the drive through just to pick up a prescription. It’s terrible it shouldn’t be this long, It takes about an hour just to do something quick and easy. Run away from this place, Find a better pharmacy. Also the staff don’t even try to get it done quick and something is always wrong! And don’t get me started on the prices! Ugh!!

Pharmacy is Phenomenal!
Justin made this an all star ? experience for us.
Having just left urgent care,
Justin pulled down the newly arriving script.
He filled it for us on the spot!
We were able to wait right here, and in what felt like one minute he had all three scripts ready for us!
No line,
No wait,
Super duper service.
BEST EVER!
Justin is warm and compassionate.
We will call this our pharmacy home.

Would give this CVS 0 stars if I could. I never write reviews, but my experience every time coming here is horrible. I’ve gotten my meds filled here because it’s the closest to my home, but I’m done with this location. The pharmacists here act like it’s the end of the world that I’m here to pick up medications and act like I’ve ruined their day showing up. Recently, I had to show the PHARMACIST how to use the CVS Caremark app to see what medications are approved by my insurance, and she still would not work with me on a solution. I understand everyone is busy (we all our with our jobs) but at least act as if you care to help. Avoid this location at all costs if possible. 1/5 stars since I can’t give 0.
