We just moved to Conway on October 1st. We looked at other landscaping services & decided on Discount Landscaping. The product was installed today & we are thrilled with it. The guys working were great. We would recommend this company to everyone. Two of our neighbors have decided to have them do their landscaping also. They are very professional & courteous.

I purchased a plant.came back not even 24 hours later, It never left the store and was charged a restocking fee of a $150.00 When it is never moved from the spot that I looked at it. It's poor business practice.
I will not shop here again.

We ordered 10 yards of gravel from Discount Landscaping and paid cash after being offered a “discount.” The load delivered was nowhere near 10 yards—closer to 4.5 yards at best. To be sure, I asked two other landscapers, and both confirmed the pile was far short of what I paid for. Since it was a cash deal, no receipt was provided. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this company.

I have worked with DLS since I moved to Conway in 2023. Since I am on a fixed budget my landscaping projects are broken down into affordable phases. I love the people at this location...Spencer, Madison, Cindy and my favorite plant person Della! I have purchased multiple trees and shrubs from them and they stand behind their products, even replacing a 30 gallon river birch at no charge. I deducted one star for their subcontract installers who have ranged from mediocre at best to subpar. I wish they had their own landscape installers!

Picked up a European fan palm tree 7 gallons 3 ft tall for a friend that had previously purchased this.
They weren't interested in helping since we ourselves decided not to purchase anything. Knowing the tree was traveling they denied even giving us a bag or letting wash our hands told my husband to use the hose pipe. I would have hoped that they would package up in a bag or something to keep the contents of the container safe. Will not be using in the future.

Discount Landscape supply is a superb landscape supply store. All the staff I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Madison in the office, make sure to say hello to her when you are there. The products they carry are top notch and they have the most reasonable rates around. You cannot beat their delivery fee either. I ordered 11 yards of crushed red brick and 12 yards of th premium topsoil with delivery. They delivered the next day and they were earlier then my scheduled delivery time. The delivery drivers were excellent and placed the material where and how I wanted it. No need to find any other yard after you meet the team here. Thank you so much for your professionalism, your delivery and your prices. I will definitely be back!!!

Received 7 yards of Brown mulch from a contractor that came from Discount Landscape Supply. The mulch is EXCELLENT quality. I needed one more yard so I picked it up directly in my truck and they couldn't have been more helpful. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I purchased 9 yards of rock at discount landscaping and had a small issue caused by the vendor. The very next day the owner Spencer took the time to come over to my house and rectified my issue I can’t say enough good things about discount landscaping he took care of me and I will be going back there for all my landscaping needs.

After speaking with them several times about the specific rock that I wanted, they still sent me two yards of the wrong rock. Once it was dumped, I was screwed. The lady on the phone had an attitude with me as well. I don't know who they think they are but you just don't rip people off like that. On top of that, my order stipulated a delivery between 8 - noon and it arrived late costing me labor cost and missed job time constraints.

Spencer and his team has completed several projects for us. If your thinking about using this company, here are my thoughts:
-Excellent Customer Service (never had a bad experience, very kind and respectful people)
-Honesty and Transparency (never over promised and under delivered)
-Knowledgeable about there products (encouraged me to ask questions and they did not make me feel stupid)
-Cleanliness (after each project, thorough cleanliness)
-Use quality materials when working on projects and explained what they were doing (Always provided updates)
-Pricing and quality of work is very good and affordable
