Encore Florals, Wine and Gifts, established in 2001, is a charming business located in a historic antebellum home in Conway’s downtown district. The shop offers a wide variety of fresh flowers, unique gifts, and a curated selection of wines, making it a special destination for both locals and visitors. Inside, the shop is beautifully arranged, creating a welcoming and immaculate atmosphere. The floral staff is known for being helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, often going above and beyond to create perfect floral arrangements tailored to customer needs. Many customers praise the high quality and beauty of the flowers, with some describing them as the most beautiful they have seen, and appreciate the staff’s expertise and customer service. The shop also hosts live music on select Friday evenings at 9:00 PM, adding to its inviting ambiance. Visitors often mention the unique gifts available, which make excellent presents for those who have everything. While generally highly recommended and considered a go-to place for flowers and gifts in the area, there have been occasional concerns about delivery quality when orders are placed through third-party websites. However, the business has shown a willingness to rectify issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, Encore Florals, Wine and Gifts is celebrated for its beautiful flowers, exceptional gifts, and friendly service, making it a true Conway gem for floral needs and special occasions.
Had the most wonderful time at Sip and Design with the best host Taylor and Jeff. One of the best experiences I have ever had! The flowers and guidance on creating my own arrangement was phenomenal. Will definitely be attending the next event.
