Their rental car needed an oil change. They told me where to bring it. I took it there. I sat there an hour waiting for payment approval. As it got closer to 6pm, I started calling, worried they would not approve it and my time would be completely wasted. They ignored my repeated calls, letting it go to voicemail.Yesterday my time was wasted also, because a different enterprise employee told me to go to the wrong oil change business. This company is seriously awful and these employees need to actually do their jobs and pick up the phone when it rings.

The service is always great! Everyone we have encountered is friendly, fast, and efficient. Never had an issue with anyone and never had an issue when it comes to getting the deposit back! We love the convenience also!

Great service and reasonable rates. Upgraded me at no extra charge because limited economy cars available. Just as friendly on the drop off end too.

Bare minimal at the least is a compliment .. my ins booked me a rental n the car they gave me had not been detailed/cleaned in months due to the smell of smoke n burn holes in the seats , completely unacceptable the CSA was completely nice so I’m not sure if she was aware or not but I won’t fault her .. I would have returned it immediately if my wrk schedule had permitted so here I am ab to go to the airport to exchange it out .. waste of my time n not Enterprise’s bc they have closed at 12 n really only suggestion they had was to exchange at other location when in actuality that car should have been removed fro rental inventory .. not cool at all Enterprise Employees ! Defiantly will keep this in mind for future car rentals !

I reserved a car over 2 weeks ago with enterprise. The day before my scheduled pick up. I called this location to verify. They told me that they had the car and see you the next dayDay before Christmas Eve I get there to get my car as scheduled. They don't have it they don't have anything to give me but attitudeThe blonde lady that runs the place was very rude and ruined my ChristmasI hope she catches aids

Worst service of any location I've experienced. Made a reservation a week in advance and received a call the day before my reservation informing me they don't have any cars. Didn't offer assistance to find another car locally and didn't offer any compensation for last minute cancelation. A simple apology is worthless, save it. Only thing this company accomplished is losing a future customer.

I was struggling to find a rental the weekend before Thanksgiving because my car caught on fire. I call 10 different locations near me and nobody had anything. The 501 conway location got me right!! I will forever be greatful.

I was in an Accident a couple weeks ago. I Went in for a rental & made sure I called prior to going up there. I live 35 minutes from them and had to get someone to pick me up from another location . They called me just a few minutes before I was to arrive but I missed the call. I got there and they told me to come back another day, that they only had two vehicles left & I was not able to get either.

Best experience I've ever had with Enterprise yet! Austin was very helpful. It only took maube 5 min or less to get me set up and into a vehicle. On the 3rd day of my rental, I purchased a new vehicle ??. Enterprise had no problem with picking up the rental from the dealership so I could enjoy my new ride! Love them. They will always get my business ???

Renters Beware!! We rented a car to drive to Indiana. The day we got to our destination, the check engine light came on. We called, and they sent a tow truck right away. My husband went BACK to ENTERPRISE with the tow driver( 45 minutes drive, btw) to get another vehicle. Husband drives back 45 minutes to our destination after getting second vehicle, and it said maintenance required. We were told by the tow guy that he picked up 20 vehicles just that week. I would absolutely ? not rent a vehicle from them. Apparently, they are not keeping up with vehicle maintenance!!

I rent frequently from the Conway, SC (Hwy 501) location as part of my position as a Recruiter for Coastal Carolina University. The staff at this location has, without exception, been extremely helpful each and every time I pick up and drop off. The latest pick-up on September 11, 2023, went so smoothly, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The representative, Taylor, could not have been more helpful. 5 stars for Taylor!

The staff at the Conway location are helpful in every way. They were very helpful when I had to return a vehicle due to my allergies acting up. They happily changed the vehicle out for one that did not aggravate my situation. I would rent from them again!

My husband & I initially reserved a mini van at Enterprise on Jason Blvd for a lengthy road trip. When we arrived to pick up our rental, the agent took us to a minivan which had a windshield chip & subsequent spider cracked windshield in the middle. We asked for another vehicle & told they had none. I asked about upgrading to a full sized SUV that was parked in the lot, & told that was already rented. They told us “all our vehicles have chips in the windshields” adding that this is a very common occurrence. I told them we would not accept a vehicle with a compromised windshield & asked about other locations nearby, which the agent spoke to his supervisor (Matt or Mark?) who stated he had already called other locations all day for other customers, & they had no available vehicles. I used my smartphone & was able to reserve a minivan at their Conway location at 1793 Hwy 501 E while at the Jason Blvd location. At that point, the supervisor said even if I could confirm a reservation it did not mean they had a minivan available for rent. He offered to call the 501 location to see if in fact they had a vehicle available for us. While waiting for a response, I received a message from the Conway Assistant Branch Manager Erin Martin stating, “I just saw that you booked in a vehicle here in Conway just wanted to let you know that we do not have that availability today I do apologize I just wanted to make you aware thank you so much bye-bye…”Shortly thereafter, I was told by the supervisor at Jason Blvd location that the Conway location did have a minivan available for us after all. They had a young staff person drive me in their personal vehicle to the Conway location to pick up the car. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy! We took it home, wiped the interior with disinfectant wipes & vacuumed the entire vehicle before we would load our personal belongings inside. Overall, this was the most inconvenient & lengthy process as it took us over 2 hours to pick up our rental vehicle for this trip. Overall, we felt the staff at the Jason Blvd location were dishonest with us & not willing to go out of their way to accommodate us without forcing their hand. Upon returning our rental, branch Manager Torren Byrd helped us, who was so empathetic, apologetic & helpful regarding our entire experience. We definitely give him a 5 star rating & in the future will only be renting from his location at 1793 Hwy 501 E, Conway, SC.
