I love my nails but one of my thumbs were cut unevenly, but that could have been my fault since I didn't see it when she was doing it to let her know.

I will never use this salon again! The lady ruined my real nails! She drilled to many layers of my nails off near my cuticles. She had my toes and finger nails bleeding. The gel polish started coming off the very next day which I have never had happen before. I did go back by there and a guy fixed the polish. I’m not sure how long it will last. I use to have beautiful long thick natural nails and now they are short and ruined until they grow completely out. The pedicure was the worst i have ever had if that’s even what you want to call it.

A wonderful pedicure with warm rock leg massage. My husband has an ingrown Nail and she did the best pedicure he has had.

They do a great job....however after today I will not be returning. I get one day off a week and had to wait well over a hour. This is crazy. I wasted my morning waiting. Sorry not sorry you need more employees or mention that the wait will be long af!!!! My time is valuable too!
Edit to add...after my pedicure I was asked to wait yet again for my manicure. I then stayed I have been here since 9:45 and I had to listen to how he had been there since 9 with no break or food. And he is short staffed. I am a paying customer. How dare you! You need serious customer service training! You suck! I will never recommend you or go here again!

This was my first time getting my nails done Professional and I'm in love! I got these for my high school graduation and have had them for about a week while traveling and they have not broken like glue on would. The only complaint I have is I made appointment and had to wait a hour past my appointment time.

Had a 5 pm appointment for a manicure. 6 pm still waiting so left. The man at the door kept taking walk in people instead. Rude workers.

I have been going to Friendly’s for 8 years of my life and never have I ever had an issue. Today this lady who looked new ended up charging me $45 to get gel polish done and I never have charged more than $30 for it including getting gel polish removed. This lady argued with me and made me pay $45 so I am beyond disappointed with Friendly Nails.
