HTC - East Conway is known for its very friendly and helpful people who go the extra mile to assist with any issue, offering a big hello to customers. Staff are amazing and help choose the best services, including keeping phone numbers. While some customers report issues like too much buffering and maintenance done with no warning, which can interrupt service, they note that when called, HTC responds quickly and satisfactorily. Excellent customer service at one location is highlighted, with staff explaining installations and helping resolve issues.
