I’ve never had an issue with Labcorp, especially the one on Singleton Ridge Road in Conway. I’ve used them for 5 years now and I love that many of the same employees are still there.

Be warned they cut off urine tests at 3:30. I drove 40 minutes to find out. Showed up at 3:39 and got turned away. The Google hours don't tell you that. They also fail to make that clear on their site. The lady behind the counter said it says it right on the hours. Perhaps she should take a look before making that statement.
