Liberty Tax Service in Conway is the best. They have been doing my taxes for services years without no issues or complaints. The tax services is amazing; from being greeted at the door til it’s time to go. They are so polite, respectful as well as helpful as they can be. I absolutely love Rebecca. This young lady have been a help every step of the way for years. Helping me getting my taxes done. But overall I wouldn’t trade from this place. So if you are looking for a great place to file your taxes . My suggestion to you is to head to Liberty Tax Services in Conway SC.

Every year I go to Rebecca Collins to gety taxes done she is the best all around. Never had a problem with my taxes since I started going to them. She takes her job and clients very serious. She definitely goes over and beyond for her clients. I can say their the best all around.

I have been getting my taxes done here with Rebecca for years . I never have to worry about anything . They keep up with all my taxes like last year I need something for school and Rebecca was there to get them the taxes papers I need I will never go any where else .Heather also is wonderful she has the best personality . Best staff and amazing customer service :)

H.Bamhill was very knowledgeable and helpful with my tax preparation. All the ladies were very friendly. Excellent customer service. We actually found them by the friendly lady waving on the side of the road in the lady liberty costume. Loved it. Very catchy

I have used this location for the past 8 years! I love Rebecca and Heather can't forget Nevel. I've always felt like family when I walk in the door. I will continue to use this location as long as those 3 are here!

Most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I went in to have my taxes done and left after less than 5 minutes of talking to someone. This is after I waited for them to sit, talk, and gossip for 20 minutes.The lady asked for mine and my husband’s ID and social security cards and after we gave them to her she let her 1 year old granddaughter on her lap play with them. Then she tells me I need a piece of mail with each of our minor children’s names at our address. This is something I’ve never had to have before and of course I didn’t have on me. Her attitude after that was enough to make me get up and leave. I’ll never go back and never refer anyone to them.
