Went to Lowes this morning to check on flooring. Tom helped us. He was very patient and kind and explained the qualities of each. Went to check out and cashier was equally kind and helpful. I am very appreciative.

Went to look for laminate flooring. Spoke with Tom. Very, very helpful and kind. He explained the qualities of each flooring we looked at. When we went to check out, the cashier was super friendly. Susan in appliances is the best service orientated person you could ever ask for. She sent 2 hours with me helping to buy a package kitchen for my mom don't lose her!!!
