Moving from a large unit to a smaller unit was such a smooth transition. I like the convenience of auto pay every month and the availability of a tenant protection the coverers your stored items. The local Conway location on Allied Rd. were very friendly and attentive to our immediate needs and not giving excuses like home office did. I rated them a 5 stars A+ versus corp no stars and negative if I could. Call local instead. They were quick and responsive.”
“Just love these guys. Almost every location goes above and beyond. Trucks are super maintained even if going to auction. Want to buy a truck. I buy there's. Company sends me for inspection to see how trucks are kept at location or to sell. If renting or buying I'd go there first and always. Clean trucks are super clean. Many locations open for service early and late across the country. Problems fixed fast and right. Great job people.”

“Highly recommend. Showed up on time with plenty of help, wrapped and loaded quickly and efficiently. Delivered also on time, with not one thing broken or missing (unlike the experience of friends who used other companies, and paid a lot more money!). Our driver, David, advised us on storage in South Carolina (bugs and humidity) and he took care to place cardboard beneath the furniture we had to put in the garage. Pleasant guys, good equipment, fair price, great service. Would use this company again without hesitation!”

They were very personable, easy to communicate with, and worked diligently to accomplish the task. When a change in the plan was found to be necessary, they managed the change quickly and finished the job without delay. They not only cleared out what needed to go but then cleaned up and organized what was remaining. Great, great job!”
