This is our second time renting from this storage facility, and we have had nothing but wonderful service both times. Ms. Tammy is always so nice and helpful, which is why we returned to rent again.

This was a great facility. It was very clean, neat and very secure. Ms. Cheryl, property manager, was extremely helpful with showing me the different storage options and what would work best for me. Pricing was very good. This place exceeded my expectations and I’m very happy to now be a customer. Highly recommend!

Very easy process to get a storage unit reserved and checked in! Took about 10 mins online to get the Storage Unit reserved. The app is very easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. The only issue I had was from my own inexperience, but the office staff was very helpful. The unit was ready, all I had to do was pull the blue tab to break the seal and I was in. All of the information and key was right there for me. The unit is very spacious, and clean. The biggest positives for me were the included cart, which is very helpful when moving larger objects and boxes. The automatic motion detected light inside the unit is also great because it's hands free. Great experience so far!

If I could give a 10 star I would, Tammy gave me excellent customer service I really couldn’t ask for more. My experience here at Public Storage was amazing like no other I am very satisfied thank you for everything. <3 Tammy❤️

Staff is Extremely helpful, polite and kind. Units are clean well kept and uncrowded. Easy to access, and spacious.

Cheryl was so friendly. She went out of her way to be helpful when the online system wasn't working. The location is clean and well maintained. Cheryl went out of her way to assist us.

I have been dealing with Public Storage and Tammy for almost a year now. They’re absolutely wonderful. Tammy is amazing. I have never had a problem whether it be switching from one unit to another flawlessly there’s no waiting period. There’s no credit check so I don’t know generally what it takes to get a storage unit but the best experience I’ve ever had is with Public Storage, thank you Tammy !!🥰
