Every Quest Lab I go to the lab tech is rude, apparently don't keep the same hours as the Dr's office, so when the Dr orders labs for the same day but Quest tells you they are closing in a few minutes and to came back another time.

I absolutely hate getting my blood drawn but the woman who always does it there for me makes it completely painless and super fast. She's so personable and friendly.

This lab is quick and efficient. I do recommend making an appointment-it's so easy to do. The phlebotomist was wonderful! Nice and pleasant. I am not a fan of needles or getting my blood drawn and she was so nice to me and she didn't hurt me at all!

I was treated quickly, professionally and kindly. The only issue I had is that I missed the building the 1st pass because a large bush is covering up the sign.

I am very aggraveted this lab lost my Mom's blood sample for the Tb requested by the inmigration office on 11/24/23. I had to call to find that out, they didn't even notify her!. She is an elder person and I had to requested a day off from work to get the labs RE-DONE today 12/08/23 in the Conway location.My time, my gas, and the inconvenience it's ridiculus, also . I need this test get speeded up we have a dead line to submitt the results!, then on top of that they called patients arrive before than us! This lab is very very unprofessional!
