I have lived in this area for year's, Please tell me how a store that is in a prime location . Huge neighborhood's all around busy 501 directly in front , And this store has to be the crappiest gas station / store in the area . It's like a store lost in time . The outside of the building, including the parking lot looks as if it has not been cleaned in years . When you walk inside its a blast from the past , Nothings is updated. So many gas stations. In the area with much more to offer And way cleaner. Whoever owns this store , Do Better!

went to do my weekly lotto tickets and cash in a winner. proceed to hand the cashier, I assume is also the manager, my tickets and tell her that I'd like them to both be checked and replayed. She does this and then asks for my ID. I take my ID out of my wallet and hand it to her. She tries to scan it and it cannot be scanned. Refuses sale of the new tickets because it's "against company policy if the ID won't scan". Ok but why say all of this after you have taken my tickets and proceeded to void out the winner? Naturally, I ask for the winnings(a whopping $2) and she seems reluctant to hand me the money. I will never go back to this location, not even for a candy bar.

Mary Ann is a horrible store manager. She laughed at me the other day for using quarters for a 8 dollar purchase then told the cashier I couldn't use change in her store. Tried to go in today only to hear her shouting at the delivery guy and watching every step I made. I decided not to get something walked by in and she was making the cashier list everything I had purchased. I asked if I did something she just ignored it. This lady should not be around anyone especially people (customers) paying her salary. Disgusting and very unprofessional

Girl couldn’t even get off the phone long enough to interact with me as a customer! 11:25am 11-4-22 check your cameras. The $200 I spent in diesel will be used somewhere else from this moment forward.

They need to fix the GIANT pothole at the 501 entrance. You can't see it after a rain and it's full of water. My car dropped and slammed down so dramatically that people turned around to look. Now my seatbelt light is flashing. They might be getting an auto repair bill from me.

No employees were wearing masks, per city ordinance, no customers were wearing masks per city ordinance. This store is actively attempting to spread an infectious disease and purposefully breaking city laws

I needed fuel and chose an Exxon as it was easy access. I've never been to one of these stores. So I am trying to pump gas and it took a little over 5 minutes to get 5 gallons of gas. Well, given my truck needed twenty at least, I had no intention of waiting 20+ minutes for fuel. The pumps crawled.The I need to use the restroom. In my opinion, the parking lot, store and restrooms were disgusting. I didn't want to touch anything. I'm really surprised Exxon tolerates this kind of retailer

Nice place, big, clean, clean restrooms, decent selections for your convenience needs. Gas is occasionally cheaper here than most other places between there and inner Conway. Easy to get in and out of multiple driveways.

The manager from this store is so rude and unfriendly. she always looks mad and have a attitude. the other day she was yelling to another costumer she obviously need to work on her customer service skills since she have none. i will be very worry if someone like her represent my business.
