The worst customer service I have every experienced! I am a property manager and twice they have failed to show up to a tenants unit to install carpet with ridiculous excuses as to why they couldn't come. I can understand but they never even called to let me know to tell the tenant who spent 2 days preparing for them to come. I had to call them to find out why they never showed up, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am now looking for another flooring company. I would advise everyone to not use them for your carpet/flooring needs. There are so many other companies out there that are less expensive and offer great customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
