Another letdown !!!Can never get anybody to confirm operating hours ... closed on Sundays which was why I began here in the first place ... another sad example of why I stay home as much as possible!!! I'm now looking for a new regular schedule barbershop

Salon was supposed to be open today (Sunday) at 10am, got there at 10:20 and they weren’t open and no sign stating they wouldn’t be open today.

I could never get in with my schedule with work I never know where I'm going to be what time and every time I've been in four or five times now there's only one stylist in there every time if you can't take walk-ins why even have it as a service just say appointment only

Very polite and I like the way she did my hair. I wish I remembered her name but she was very nice and patient. I am very picky and when I asked her if she could put the cover back over me and do something else she had no problem.

WARNING: Do not go there. I have a really bad experience going there. Bad customer service, not professional, place looks nasty, they didn’t do what I ask them to do with my hair I ask one of the stylist that I want a partial highlight and only want like few foils in my and long layers but instead I got so much highlight that you can’t see my natural hair and the long layers is total mess up. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fix and put some lowlight to cover up some of my highlight and trim up my layers and cut the way I want when I show the picture. I will never go back there ever again. I wish I can put no stars bu it won’t let me so one star.

Im disappointed. Once again a place I leave a high rating for eventually switches up. I want to stress that they have always been nice to me but I’m aware that others in the comments haven’t had the same experience. I don’t want to lie and say they were rude but I do feel like it has been a largely unhelpful experience. After a new employee did my hair she not only turned it orange red but she burnt my scalp and I’m getting the “you have to come back” run around but I already have once and that’s how my scalp got burned, trying to fix their original mistake. I won’t come back because my whole thing from the beginning was I leave my hair alone as much as possible and I DO NOT want to color it or have anything done I have to maintain beyond a slight trim. I’ve now lost several inches cutting off hair that was dried out from having the wrong product applied and for some reason have now had my hair turned orange. I guess they were supposed to patch test me first since I stressed I have sensitive skin and they didn’t. So I can’t come back in for fear of it getting worse and will have to live with this orange monstrosity til six weeks pass and I find someone to fix it. The manager just told me I signed a color contract and she won’t refund me even Though I’ve been burnt. She’s nice to me though so I do feel bad about saying this.Services: Haircut

This is the worst perm I ever seen.He paid 62.00 for this perm.No curls at all just waves . Don't go to Walmart in Conway to their salon or this could happen to your hair .

One of the worst experiences. Took my mother out of a nursing home to get her hair shampooed cut blown out and styled for her grandsons wedding. But what she got was a haircut that I could have done myself with no training. Her hair cut looks exactly like Moe on the three stooges. It was so upsetting to her. The hair stylist didn't listen to what she wanted had an attitude and proceeded to tell me that she would have to charge me for two haircuts to trim a little more hair off. So the truth of the matter is you get what you pay for ... very very disappointed!!Service: Haircut

Jordan refused to take me even my appointments was scheduled with her - she pretend that I am not on her list, and I being nice said it is ok if I get a hair cut by other master. Well, Ashley mess up my hair that bad that I would never imaging it was possible with my simple hair cut request - absolutely handless hairdresser. I can't believe the chunk missing above my ear on one side I have to go Monday to pay someone else to fix what this woman did to my hair she seemed as if she never cut hair before I knew I was in trouble in the first couple of minutes wich turned out to be about twenty minutes when someone knows how to cut my hair it takes about ten minutes beware of inexperienced people there

Went for highlights and trim. The highlights are under processed. The stylist told me I had to pay $20 extra for toner which stressed my hair. My once blonde highlights are now orange.The stylist then trimmed my hair 1/2" shorter on one side than the other. When I complained the stylist said nothing. I then wrote to the company about the terrible job. They had a manager call me to see the results. She was argumentive and said it looked fine.I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS SALON! (I used to go the NMB salon for 4 years and had great results. I only tried this skin because it was right near my new home)

I took my children to this location for haircuts. Jordan was AMAZING. Such a great personality. I noticed a little over a week later while straightening my daughters hair, it was very very uneven. I called to see if I could bring her back in for it to be fixed. The woman on the phone told me no bc of their policy. She stated that they have no wy of telling if my daughter cut her own hair and messed it up. My daughter is 7! The woman-Darra? I think-the manager became very rude and short with me. She started speaking in a high pitched sarcastic tone towards me. We ended the conversation with rude replies after I asked for the corporate number. Don't waste your money at this place. Their customer service given from the manager is dirt. Save your money and go somewhere you'll be treated right.Service: Haircut
