I go and get a full set. I asked for short nails!!! I got that but at the end they charged me for the length say it was for long nails. BS!!!! they just wanna rob you for your money charge you extra when clearly it was SHORT SHORT.

The Lady rushed to do my nails. She didnt even make sure they were all the same size. She had to soak 1 nail off because how crocked it was. An the 2 index fingers were not on straight. She left particles on the nails an painted over it. She got gel polish all over my cuticle an tried to rush me out the chair as if I wasnt going to see it. Even after telling the GM I wasnt satisifed i just wanted the gel off he told her an she couldnt even get it off. She hurt me trying to cut the cuticle more than what it shoulf have been. I do not recommend an I will not be returning.

THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! I paid $285 for me, my mom and my daughter. #1 everything was rushed! My mom nails were awful and so were mine. My daughter water was freezing cold when she was getting her pedicure. When I told the lady about it she told me it was fine. I asked could she fix the water, she never did! It was so bad I didn't even let them finish my pedicure. I got up and walked out! I went the next day to another salon that had to fix everything that they messed up! I got a $40 gel manicure and liked for about 3 hours. I got it on Saturday. I chipped Saturday, chipped and peeled Sunday, more chipping on Monday. Each chip on different nails too. I wasn't doing anything that would lead to chipping either. So now a few days later it looks terrible.

If I could give less then one star I would I went to them and asked before I sat down how much for the style I wanted they gave me a price I said ok I wanted. I didn't like it before I paid so I explained that I would be back and when I came back the same day just a hour later they told me that I would have to pay additional money because of the polish they have to use to fix what they messed up I will never go back there

Another horrible experience with this place. I gave them a second chance. Pretty sure it was the same woman doing my nails, but I tried to block the first time cause it was so bad. Tge gel color is already coming off and it's only been 2 days. Tiny was so unfriendly, I tried talking to her, but she acted like I was a bother sitting in her chair.I will NEVER go back.Service: Acrylic nails

The place was clean, but the person doing my nails was very rough, actually cut me with the emery board! My nails did not look very good it's been less than a week one is broken and the rest look like it's been two or three weeks already. Never again, waste of sixty bucks.
