“My first car i bought was a 2021 Hyundai sonata. This second one I bought was the 2019 jeep cherokee. When I had a slight issue with the jeep, Tiffany answered and immediately eased my fears and stopped me from panicking. She quickly assured and reassured me that she would coordinate the claim; including the rental (if needed) and repairs. Turns out I would’ve been responsible with getting the vehicle from Hickory Nc To Conway Sc. When she found out this would be and issue she got otp with the owner who called in a favor from a friend who owned a mechanic shop. Here in hickory. They coordinated the repairs with the owner there who also provided me with a tow truck owner who was expecting my call and towed it for me within 30 mins. This was the worst situation with the best possible support team and a swift response that created the fastest and most thorough outcome. Had my car back driving the next day. No new rental car needed. Thanks Tiffany! Thanks Ethan of Blacks Tire in Hickory and the owner of Car city of Conway! Ur service and customer service are why I bought a second car and in a year or two I’ll be be buying a third one from no one other than yall! Peeeeeace”
