This has to be the worst pharmacy in the Conway area. Getting prices wrong, wait time is ridiculous. I recommend no one uses this place.

Sadly, -0- stars are not available. Walgreen's on Church Street is understaffed and has poor service. I blame the management, not the overworked staff. Supposed to wait for text - text never comes - wait times on phone are really long and often uninformative. From now on, we will support the local pharmacy, Rivertown Pharmacy, on Main Street. Nice people and great service!

Again this pharmacy does not have my meds I have every email they have sent me every month where my meds are delayed and it's days before I ever get it this pharmacy is a night mare I will be moving my business this location should be shut down shame on corporate for not taking care of these problems I would never recommend this store to anyone and I am going to see if I can call someone higher up today goodbye church st walgreens I have had it with you this review will not be removed this time corporate you need to check into this store with these review it should not still be open you people in this pharmacy are a disgrace to walgreens really makes me sad I left cvs to come to such a train wrecked place people these reviews are true my advise stay away from here

Denise in the pharmacy is a nightmare. I’ve never in my life dealt with someone so rude. Everyone else is always so pleasant for the most part. We all have our bad days, but Denise is always doing too much, I think she thinks she has all this authority, & it’s like this with her all the time. Sometimes I have to pick up 5-6 times a month for my family’s medications. It’s only her that ever gives me a problem.

every time i come here, no matter the time of day the wait to pick up a prescription is ridiculous. it doesn’t matter if you go inside or to the drive thru.

Unless you have an hour or two to wait. I strongly recommend you get your vaccines elsewhere. That's with an appointment. When asking employees at 4:10 when our 3:15 appt might be completed, we were chuckled at with a shrug. The next employee acted like she was offended we were asking for an update 10 min later. One person went in for shots after 45 minute wait and then nothing for 20 more. Finally got out of there after 75 min.

Won't help you over the phone says they can't tell you if they have the medication in stock or not my doctor is not calling pharmacys all over the beach they are busy now I just have to keep calling. Reps on the phone act like you are going to rob them just by asking a question. That's fine I really didn't want to deal with this place every month anyway.

They have reached a new low here at walgreens. They pulled down the roll up door on the inside of the store and posted a sign saying drive thru only. With the drive thru line wrapped around the building, I would say the average wait time is over an hour. It is disgusting how they treat people here who depend on medication in their daily lives. I recently tried calling after 8pm since their staffing issues have made the wait during the day impossible to wait through. After waiting 30 minutes on the phone, the male night pharmacist answered the phone and said "Jesus....stop calling!" And hung up the phone. I do not know how corporate walgreens is tolerating such horrible treatment of their customers unless they are supporting it. I have filed a complaint and wish there was something more I could do to rid innocent customers of such pain and humiliation that they suffer at the hands of these pharmacist. Unfortunately I don't have the financial means to pursue a legal solution so here I am. I hope you decide not to put yourself in this terrible situation with walgreens pharmacy or to support their treatment of those dealing with medical issues and/or in pain. goodbye walgreens. You have lost this customer after 12 years.

I went to this 24/7 location after work instead of my usual pharmacy just because it was late and still open. I’m the care giver of an elderly family member with dementia. We had run low on a medication that is weak enough to settle her while not so strong it gives her a hangover and confuses her more. Mostly it stops the constant yelling of repeated phrases that comes from the dementia and confusion. We had run out and the nurse that comes to the house called in some more even though it was not time for a the refill from the other prescription . . Despite my call ahead of time I was told they would not fill the prescription when I arrived. According to them it is a controlled substance in some states, a quick google search revealed this state was not one of them. I was surprised but was sure if I explained the situation this would be resolved. I was wrong.I did not appreciate the condescending tones directed towards me. I attempted to contact the nurse that comes to our home but she did not answer as it was late . This elicited some snarky comments from the pharmacist which angered me so I decided to leave as to not say something I would regret. The next day after I got in touch with the nurse and went to my pharmacy the pharmacist there apologized to me and told me I should’ve explained the situation to her. She should not have had to apologize to me at all. Either way she was not there and I did not feel I needed to explain anything to the nasty pharmacist from the 24/7 location, especially after when I started to explain I was scoffed at. Needless to say I will no longer visit this location for any of my needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst pharmacy around. Every single month there is an issue with my medicine. This time i was told multiple times they do not have any in stock, when I call today I was told they are filling it (only after sitting on the phone for 20 mins waiting for someone to answer. EVERY SINGLE TIME) I get there to wait in a ridiculously long line for 35 mins to be told they don’t have it…then when I inform the tech that I spoke with the PHARMACIST and she said they do have it and it will be ready she goes back to talk to her, another 10 mins of waiting, to then be told the prescriber messed up the script and missed a whole month? Makes no sense. This is every month with an issue. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!

Completely disorganized, and don't seem to understand the use of Rx apps, or they do understand and just don't want to deal with it, and offer no clear explanation. It's a joke. I'm switching pharmacies.
