Visiting from San Diego, where some of the rudest people reside, this Walmart has top the list! I politely asked a "online bagger," where a product was. This individual (lady), in a disgraceful tone just said over there and walked away! Attempting to catch her, she pointed and walked away again! Please note she pointed to the other side of the store. Needless to say, I had to ask another employee, who was helpful! This is not the Walmart customer service per their mission/vision statement; please correct! If employees are unhappy, then customer experiences are unhappy!

This may be the worst Walmart I've ever been to. I challenge anyone to find another retail establishment with as little collective interest in taking customers' money--I mean actually processing sales, the physical act of exchanging goods for cash--as this one. Are they trying to run the world's saddest museum? Come in, marvel at all their cheap crap, then leave? The shopping here can go as quickly as you want it to, but I would advise you budget a bare minimum of 25 to 30 additional minutes to then actually check out your items. Just a heads up: The heat index gets well into the 90s in summer, but the AC isn't great up by the registers where you'll be spending 95% of your visit.

People hate on Walmart, but this one wasn't too bad. I visited with my mom the Friday after Christmas, and the aisles were fairly neat and tidy. We even spotted employees on the aisles helping customers in the pharmacy area. The restaurant inside is a Subway, and it's at the back of the store, which is nice because we're not bombarded by the "Subway smell" walking in or walking around Walmart. Most of the checkout area has been converted to self-checkout, which is tough for elderly or disabled folks, but if you wanted a cashier, many registers were open. My mom and other frequent customers feel like Walmart was short on cashiers compared to earlier in the holiday season. The parking lot is huge, but be prepared to walk. A lot of stores are in this shopping center, so it's a one-stop shop.

Harold in the deli is a great employee. every time we go in there and he is working he has a smile, shows us the thickness and asks if it's good or not. we've had others help us but they come off like we are intruding on them and as if we and other customers are annoying. Harold deserves to be called out for excellent service.

Walmart's black Friday sales is nothing more than consumer fraud. I purchased a 75-inch LG TV for $488 and to build my credit i put in on a charge called Affirm because Walmart refused to accept PayPal. I was under the impression that it would be shipped from the Conway superstore and receive it in a few days. Well, I was wrong, they were shipping it from Sacramento California. If I was made aware of this, I would have canceled the order. The TV was ordered on 11/23/23 on 11/27/23 I get a notice from a shipper called Pilot saying it was on its way and would arrive 12/4/23. Well, that date came and went and when I tried to track it Walmart could not say where it was or when it would be delivered. I called the shipper, and they would not give an arrival date nor know when the TV was. They made excuse after excuse of the whereabouts of this 82-pound box that they were assigned to ship. All they said is they will try and locate it and give me an updated delivery date, meanwhile the credit company call Affirm wants a monthly payment on 12/27/23. Tried to contact them and they show no customer service number or company address so that I can notify them that I refuse to pay for something I don't have. Walmart black Friday internet sale is a big SCAM and our state's attorney general will be notified to action in order to stop them from this consumer fraud. Next time I will shop best buy like I should have from the start; however, their price was a little higher. Pay a little more and all this Walmart fraud could have been avoided.

I have never had an issue with an employee and have been treated with respect and friendliness every-time I shop there. Being out of stock during these times is usually a supply chain issue not to be blamed by the employees. I just wish they had more cashiers at the check out stations.

This is the absolute WORSE Walmart Super Center in the WORLD!!! I hate shopping here! If you decide to do curbside, make sure you have an hour availability to wait. I waited an hour for an online order.

Recently I placed an order to have an 8x10 picture printed at this location. The store was out of ink for their photo printer and I was not notified of this until a couple of days later when I went to check on it. I gave the store a few more days and went to pick up the print. The woman "working" in the photo department didn't even acknowledge me standing there for almost 20 minutes. I eventually left without my picture. I encountered another incredibly rude employee and my dealings with her made me actually leave everything I wanted to purchase in the store. Will not be going back for a long while. On a happier note, Joan at the door is always polite!

This store has the worst customer service in the history of customer service! The return policy is also atrocious! Do not shop here it is not worth it, if Walmart is needed then go to another location the Conway location sucks!

This vision center is awful. I waited a week for my glasses, and finally called and was told someone should of called me to tell me the lab messed up my one lens and it would be a bit longer to get a new one in. No one called me to tell me this. A few days later I got called telling me my glasses were ready. The person working didn't try to fit them or see how they worked, I left and went home with them only to find they were so distorted. Not only that but the lens didn't even look like it was secure in the lens.. When I called to tell the vision center representative she was short with me and told me it was my prescription.. no my prescription wouldn't make my glasses blurry, double vision and just plain unwearable! I finally went to return them and the lady working (black female) didn't apologize or ask to resolve the issue. Horrible custom service. I 100% don't recommend going here. I really don't think they know what they are doing. There was only one nice person working there and it was a middle aged man whom helped me check out the glasses... that's it!

Besides a few employees I am amazed at how careless some of the employees are. I visited this store the other day and two associates whom I had asked for assistance walked away and never came back. This is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend shopping here at all.
