“Jed McGinnisThis guy does an exceptional job running the place. The place is quiet and peaceful which I greatly enjoyed. Jed's there every morning and evening making sure nothing is amiss. I stayed with SROA for over a year due to it's affordability, location and most importantly the staff. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jed goes the extra step to help resolve any concerns and I even noticed that they have a pest control contract on location so when I came for the final time to get all my things they were rat free and my mattresses were even safe. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and Jed left a great impression. If I need storage in the future SROA will be the first people I look up and that's thanks to Jed going above and beyond.”

“These RV storage facilities are few and far between in SC. We lived 3 hours away but found this storage very convenient to our travels out of the state to distant destinations. The garages are well kept and managed by the owner David. The dump station and wash are are conveniently located when you return from a trip. This is all asphalt, fenced in and well lit. We had no trouble with vandalism. No need to winterize as the units are individually insulated and never went below 40 degrees in the winter. It’s worth the expense. As your RV will last longer out of the hot, intense sun and frequent rains. You can also use the app to control the gate and unit door. “I have had my storage unit for 2 years and had no problems up until about a year ago when there was a pest problem. I told the owner at the time who basically stated that since it was an outside storage problem, there was nothing he can do and basically suggested that I buy traps (which I did). The previous owner did not reimburse me, apologize, or even try to rectify the problem. Fast forward a year, season changed and there was again a pest problem. I posted a review, to which current owner Brent contacted me the same day and heard my dilemma. He provided a remedy to the problem as well as gave discount on my storage for a month. I appreciate the speedy and effective customer service and recommend Pacolet self storage.”
“He helped me big time. I’m not going to sit here and type up exactly what because it would take a half an hour. But just understand that storage units that run like this you can’t just expect to fullfill your instant gratification by someone answering every time your in a mood and butt hurt because you think someone should come there and wd40 your roll up door. They handle it. Just leave a nice clear message and don’t be a jack a** and they will call you back. So simple. I mean it could be a pain in the rear to get a unit and sit in the office for 30 minutes instead it’s super fast and easy. But anyways have a great effin day! Hasta la vista baby”
