“The premises are kept very clean. Gate operators and the gates themselves are well maintained. It appears to me that the security system has been updated.I have contacted the office several times for personal reasons and they were always cheerful and willing to help me. That’s hard to find this day and time.Overall, it’s a great place to store your household items or whatever you desire to store in the units.”
“This is one of their larger locations in the upstate and outdoor as well. They have other, much more upscale indoor storage facilities, but for most, this should do just fine. They have a locked gate that you'll have access to 24/7 with your own code.Plenty of parking and street lights for night time lighting. They do a pretty good job of keeping the area clean in general. The prices are getting higher and higher though. While this concept isn't something new, over the years we've seen the prices just keep going up and up for the same storage unit. For that some I'm deducting a star. Again, this practice is nothing new in the world of storage units. It is however annoying to say the least.”

His office manager, Freddie, is a laid back “Cat” that’s cool to hang out with for a bit and shoot the breeze. “Jed McGinnisThis guy does an exceptional job running the place. The place is quiet and peaceful which I greatly enjoyed. Jed's there every morning and evening making sure nothing is amiss. I stayed with SROA for over a year due to it's affordability, location and most importantly the staff. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jed goes the extra step to help resolve any concerns and I even noticed that they have a pest control contract on location so when I came for the final time to get all my things they were rat free and my mattresses were even safe. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and Jed left a great impression. If I need storage in the future SROA will be the first people I look up and that's thanks to Jed going above and beyond.”
“The facility is nice, the staff members are nice. and they keep the units clean. I love that when a storage unit is emptied, the staff comes behind and cleans with bleach and they spray pesticides to keep people's belongings from infestations.”
