“Due to an early morning accident which involved front bumper damage and a flat tire, I called Mavis Tire since this locations' reviews are superlative. Speaking with the Assistant Manager Spencer, he asked me to stop by at my convenience. Within the hour, I drove in and Spencer was out in the parking lot assessing the damage. He assured me that his Technician Nick would advise me of any additional damage. After choosing a Mavis Tire replacement made by Hankook, Spencer gladly welcomed my Veteran's ID Card for a 10% discount. Nick did find a bent lower control arm and damaged wheel bearing hub. We scheduled an oil change and air filter change, as well. A courtesy wheel alignment check was made and some adjustments were needed. Since the alignment tech was at lunch, Spencer was eager to save me time and accomplished it himself. The diagram printouts were very helpful in understanding the changes. After all was done, Spencer checked me out, Nick gave me some excellent advice as to alignment, body panel repair needs and so forth. Destiny took the car out for a test drive and gave it a final check. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with my experience ! Spencer and Nick were very attentive, great listeners and know their jobs very well. Cheers for Destiny as well, braving traffic on E. Main St ! All are quite deserving of recognition and PAY RAISES !!! Thanks to all, I will be a return customer for sure”
