They continue to not deliver packages to my home and say that I asked them not too. They need new management. Inside they are just as rude.

I have been so disappointed since moving here to Cross as far as mail delivery. As far as being treated nicely at the post office, the girls in there are very KIND and helpful. As far as getting my mail and packages, it's been a nightmare. I live 100 yards from mailboxes, but my packages are not delivered. I have to go to post office. They stated that they can't come down my road which is a horseshoe, so they wouldn't even have to turn around at all.

One of the worst post offices around, always deliver my bills and time sensitive packages LATE, and sometimes not just by a day or two. Rude people inside, constantly mark packages at “delivered” only to show up the next day, or a few days after that. That is illegal and screws with my tracking and customer support. I wish they would just close this branch and have it be absorbed by the Moncks corner branch, or somewhere else.
It used to not be like this, I’ve lived in this area for well over 10 years and some years ago my packages would arrive EARLY, my mail lady was friendly and kind, going into the main office felt like an enjoyable experience where I’m not being stated at and judged for being confused on their bad service. Gone are the days of this being a good post office.

Won’t deliver my package my mother ordered for my daughter saying it was chose to be picked up at the post office which it wasn’t. They just didn’t want to deliver the item,

Stop driving on my grass in the front yard!! It's not a horseshoe!! I don't do it and I will not allow others to also. I've already told the mail driver with the red van not to. Excuse was boxes to heavy. Which they aren't! It's still happening. There's a driveway for a reason... (Helmet Ave)

New to Cross. Driver put held my package at customer request. I was home and they never tried to deliver. Can't get anyone on phone. Why order online if they won't deliver???

Cross SC post office ??Yeah actually been here 14 years and yesterday was first problem that they did not deliver my package I ordered. I called and lady was like yes we scanned it at your mailbox. Well you may have but you did not leave it. All I got was regular junk mail. Postmaster did not want to hear it. I said well can you make sure she didn’t drop in car thinking she left it. She was like yeah I will let her know. I checked with neighbors they said no they did not have it either. Unreal. People don’t care anymore just rude.

It has been two years and I have had nothing but problems. Constant delays, missing mail, no deliveries, no communication. Extremely frustrating.

Love and appreciate the hard work of our local post office except that so called post master Patsy Williams. She is a piece of work. Just rude and nasty to all customers. If you do not like a job that involves working with people then quit. Just because you are having a bad day doesn’t mean you have the right to ruin others

Our postal workers are kind, courteous, and helpful. However, I do want to ask that under no circumstances is my mail to be handed over the counter to someone other than me, unless previous arrangements have been made. Thx and keep up the good work.

I love watching the lady drive up and leave a notice saying she tried to deliver a package then just drive off. Too lazy to do her job. I pay for shipping and I always have to get it myself.

Mail carrier comes as early as 9:45 am and late as 2pm. Some days she doesnt deliver at all.
