“Although at the time that I went to this location, the facility was 'officially closed' and I was to use the mobile check in - a very nice lady executed the paperwork in her office and assisted me in the process of taking pictures of the vehicle as required.
She was the best portion of the entire rental process. Prior to this location, I had location pick up changes, shortage of equipment (appliance dolly and/or hand truck).
UHaul corporate needs to address equipment shortages, as apparently the process is for the customer to go to more than one location for all their needs if no single location has all the items requested. What an insane idea of that being customer service friendly!”
