“My wife and I were shopping online for my mother during this COVID-19 pandemic. We live on the west coast and were trying to make a delivery order and- after spending 45 minutes compiling the order- couldn't get a delivery time. We called the store and Debbie (sp?) answered. She was very patient, but explained that due to order volumes that they were 2 weeks out for delivery and that's likely why the online system wouldn't work for us. To be clear, this review is to give Debbie KUDOS because she pointed us to another delivery service that worked out. No idea about the store itself... Thanks Debbie!”

“Wells Fargo Bank on Ashley River Road in West Ashley is one of my favorite places to do banking when I am in the area as the branch is easy to access and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. They have been able to resolve many issues and work hard to make sure that you have an excellent banking experience. It is good to know that there is a consistent bank here that is there for you.”

“Good branch with friendly employees. I'd call this a mid-sized branch. You can schedule services online or just walk in. Even though they have constant customer traffic in/out, I've never had a long wait, even when I didn't schedule and they squeezed me in. They usually have two tellers working inside (plus another for the drive-thru) and at least two bankers to handle other needs, plus someone greeting you as you enter and guiding you to where you need to go. I've noticed they often have employees who speak English and other languages, like Spanish or Portuguese. Free notary services for BOA account holders with qualifying accounts. Some services, like Merrill Lynch, are only available via scheduling on certain days of the week. Plenty of free parking. Overall, I've never had a bad experience at this location.”
