“This review isn't as much for Truist as it is for Robert Seigel. I had an extremely frustrating and stressful situation with Truist involving suspected fraud, funds being frozen, and a serious disruption to my life. Telephone support was useless. I happened to connect with Robert when he was filling in at the West Ashley branch, and he immediately took over. He became my liaison and went out of his way daily for over a week to get the situation resolved, keeping me in the loop the whole time. I couldn't be more grateful for this gentleman.
