“Kim and Condons Bridal absolutely SAVED MY LIFE! I truly cannot express the gratitude I have for this shop and the work that Kim has done for me. I frantically came in to Condons 1 month before my wedding, hoping to find a perfect fit. After trying some stuff on, I mentioned that I had a dress at home that was too big for me and was told it would be impossible or way too expensive to alter. Kim came through with her calm presence, honesty, and helpful attitude. She told me to bring them in and we’ll see what we can do. This alone was so relieving for me, I left the shop in tears of relief, as every other bridal shop in the area didn’t even give me the time of day being 1 month out from my wedding. I can keep going, writing a whole book to tell this story and share how Kim saved my wedding dress extravaganza. But I will end with saying, there is truly nothing that could replace the feeling of being taken care of, when you are already stressed about wedding day. Kim altered my dress to the PERFECT FIT! With such care and attention. To say Kim knows what she’s doing, simply does not do her justice. She is master at what she does and treats everything and everyone with such care. “Thanks to Anne at BHC, I had an incredible experience with finding my perfect wedding dress. The entire process from start to finish was extremely professional, transparent, and fun! I was fearful based on talking to other brides that this process could be full of stress, pressure filled sales tactics, or guilt trips, just like other experiences you could encounter while buying a 'product' -- but working with Anne and this establishment was quite the opposite experience. She was incredibly accommodating to any questions that my family and I had along the way and again was transparent about all aspects of the purchase which gave us comfort and made us feel at ease. She was SO adaptable, experienced, and very kind. She would check in with me after each gown we tried on, and was always a supportive presence to help steer me towards the dress of my dreams. This is in direct comparison to an alternative shop that I visited where the experience was very different (i.e. feeling rushed in a less professional and supportive atmosphere). The BHC shop itself is beautiful, with gorgeous natural light -- this made it easy to see and assess all of the different gowns in their entirety. They have a huge assortment of gowns of all styles (and they are kept in excellent and clean condition) which made it so easy as a bride to be to find the right dress! I just bought my gown yesterday from BHC, and I cannot wait for it to be here!! I cannot recommend this place enough to any bride in the Charleston or Mount Pleasant area. They are truly incredible!”

“Excellent selection of jewelry. We go there because we always need a custom made ring.10 years ago my wife got me the engagement ring somewhere else, but then we needed a wedding band. They did awesome sending my engagement ring to California to get the wedding band custom made. 10 years later we wanted to add a wedding band to celebrate our milestone. I wanted it custom made, again, but this time with 5 sapphires and 5 diamonds. They sent it out to California. And as the time before, they did an amazing job. I love the new look of my ring!! “Amazing!! A must visit! I traveled from Chicago just to try on dresses here in Charleston and this was one of my favorite boutiques. The whole experience was amazing and all credited to Lissie! She made the experience so much fun and less stressful. I didn’t have much of an idea of what I wanted but Lissie helped narrow down my search and truly made me feel comfortable. “Dear Customers,
We are sorry that she's not happy. We asked her to bring her daughter in. But she did not, what she told us where the hem needed to be which was 1/2 inch.From what we took off it look dirty from being worn. We did let her know to call our employer Monday , we let her know we did not give out her personal number out. She also upset my coworker after she being accused of ruining the dress. One of my coworker did raise her voices but on any regular day she talks loudly. We did show her the.material and we showed her what we took off and she was sure that we messed it up.She refused to bring the person in to try it on.Most dresses have a little sweep on the back
