Our Internet went down last night. We called Home Telecom and got a ticket number first thing in the morning. It is almost 4pm on a Sunday now and we are very disappointed with their service. First person said someone will be here today to fix it. Someone called and told us the whole building is out but it was a lie. All my neighbours have internet. He told us someone will be out today to fix it. Called 2 more times with the same answer. The 5th person finally told us no one was coming. Bad service! I work from home and rely on this and now I am not able to work.Worst Internet provider and very dishonest to customers. Talison Row is stuck with them. We have no choice.Not only did they waste our time, they lied. The bigger a company gets, the worst the become with service.

As of this month I’m still getting charged even though I’ve canceled twice within the past two months. They are scammers and I would recommend you to stay away and try to get a T-Mobile or Verizon internet where you can cancel safely. Don’t get scammed after leaving

We were out of service for several days. Skyler was our service technician. He was an excellent troubleshooter. He took the time to make sure he found out where the problem was and verified that our issues were corrected. He is not only a pleasant, well spoken young man but is extremely knowledgeable in his field. His work ethic is very much appreciated and something you don’t see enough of these days.

After some storms fried our router, we needed a technician to come and restart everything for us. We were given a time window between 6-7pm. Jared Littell was very quick to arrive (like 6pm on the dot), he was helpful, friendly, and got us back up and running in no time. Dealing with tech issues can be frustrating but Jared definitely made it a breeze. Would definitely recommend

Skyler and Joey were awesome for my install. Old house that has been remodeled and wires cut in the walls but they sorted it all out quickly and got me online right away!

Once we were able to get someone to come out and hook up our internet, it was great! Aaron Meree and John Spooner both did a fabulous job running the wires in a very workable and stable location. It works better than expected.
