This is the slowest pharmacy ever. I used it years ago and it was slow then. In this age of technology, cvs has to catch up. Some of the pharmacists do not have good customer service. I see why they're closing down.

The negative one that I'm trying to give isn't for the store it's for an employee. I was visiting from out of town and stopped in to purchase some things, I wasn't greeted when I entered the store and there is only one employee behind the register.once I got my items and took them to the register, the employee did not look up she just rung up my items and told me how much they were. Not sure if she was having a bad day or wasn't feeling well. If that was the case she should have stayed home. Her name tag said Samira Williams. If I'm ever visiting there again and have to come in there, if I see her once I enter the door I'm going to turn around and go to Food Lion. The employees over there have great customer service skills with a smile.

Calling any CVS pharmacy is a joke with their stupid prompts. Can't get through to a real person. CVS needs to get their act in line. CVS has a tarnished name. Corporate doesn't seem to care. Some people at the top needs replaced or CVS will be in bankruptcy soon. People at in the stores need retrained.

The staff is very friendly and even went above and beyond to give my daughter’s medicine a good flavor. I have been going here for years and I am satisfied.

The gentleman who answered the phone was unable to help my friend. She's been a customer for 15 years, and he couldn't find her in the system. He didn't try to call her old CVS in New York to help her. What she needed was not drugs, it was a special inhaler for COPD patients. Very disappointed.

Customer service is greatly lacking. The only visible associate didn't even attempt to help me. My Mil ordered diapers online so she had no receipt for me. We've started potty training so I wanted to exchange the diapers for pullups for my toddler. The cashier said they don't do store credit or exchanges

today i visited cvs and my the cashier working name was marilyn she was sweet and explained everything she checked the date on my oreos and said “ok august we just started august it’s the 4th all the expired dates are 24” on the oreos they are 23 august 31,2023 the cookies are stale & she lied

I get prescribed medication EVERY month. My Dr sends in my prescription 5 days before it's time to fill. EVERY month CVS will wait until the day I'm supposed to get my meds to find out they don't have it in stock. Every month I'm missing 3-4 days of taking my medication bc I'm having to wait for it to come in. . I've been taking this medicine for years so my body is use to having it and when I don't have it my body doesn't function properly. The staff doesn't seem to care nor show ANY type of concern.

I was prescribed antibiotics to get rid of infection but I couldn't get my medication because the pharmacy was closed due to scheduling issues??? Get it together people!
