Went here two different times waiting for the business to open. Open sign well lit up but no one was there for at least 20 minutes later. At the least, the OPEN sign should’ve been turned off.

Customer service is awful when it comes to their mistakes. The man that works in there is very nasty & likes to call people a lier when you don't agree with him. Went to have the same nail repaired twice, because it kept cracking. Wasn't even 3 days. Now they want to charge me. I just want it fixed right. Why didn't you repair it right the first 2 times? Never coming back ?Services: Nail polish changes

Excellent service! The wait was short, and my deluxe pedicure was so relaxing ?. She even took the time to massage in between my toes. Very much needed.

This was a much better experience than my first visit. There was no wait and Brittany did a wonderful job on my feet. I will go back again but only if I can get there before 12.

i’ve been going to this salon for 8 years now! loyal customer! but today was my LAST DAY! my set was $80 today & i was told it was because of my length mind you they have price lists everywhere in there even right in front of you! i was told my length was $30 extra PRICE LIST says $10 extra! my color didn’t come out correctly so i wanted to change it to WHITE like it supposed to be. i was told that would be a extra $25 PRICE LIST says extra $10 so she continued to say “we have changed our prices now” nowhere in the salon is there a updated price change nor was i informed while getting my nails done. i was overly & wrongly charged but i took pictures of everything for proof so this matter will be handled. oh, & here’s the “long” nails she said i have that was $30 extra.

I arrived at 9:55am to be the 6th person in line waiting for the "salon" to open. At 10:20 3 workers pulled up & Kevin opened the store. I got the misfortune of getting the super late 4th person Brittany to do my acrylic powder fill in & pedi. I asked for rose fold accent color for my ring fingers. She gave me a red orange pink confetti glitter without even asking if that's alright with me, the paying customer! I rolled with it because it's the Christmas season, it'll pass. She fixed a nail that I explicitly said "no tip, just build it out w/ acrylic. She added a tip. SMH. My pedi was subpar at best. Mind you, I have difficult toenails NOT feet (reason why I get pedis) Brittany didn't even try to make them pretty… she didn't shape my nails symmetrically or put white polish on the darker nails before applying the pink. But the kickers for me were: her fake smiles & rude mouth AND ABOVE ALL ELSE, SHE CHARGED ME FULL PRICE AND WAS 35 MINUTES LATE! WHICH MADE ME LATE TO MY NEXT APPOINTMENT! I'll be scheduling with my regular girl even though it's a bit of an inconvenience now that I've moved.
