Walgreens offers a pleasant retail experience with friendly staff and efficient service, allowing customers to get in and out quickly. However, the pharmacy is often criticized for its inconsistency. It has random closures during the day, which can leave customers without their medications for days. On certain days, particularly when controlled prescriptions are due, the pharmacist may not be available, causing inconvenience. Though there have been improvements in having backup staff, the pharmacy still needs to enhance its reliability and customer service to match the overall positive experience at the retail side.
We were traveling and needed medication the Dr called into my home pharmacy. They got it ready so fast!! Great service and excellent staff. Really made my day!!

The store was very clean and inviting, displays were neat and enticing, by far the most courteous associate I’ve ever encountered!!
