“About a year ago I was added to my elderly mother’s bank account at Enterprise Bank in order to assist her with her financial needs. Everyone that I have dealt with has been incredibly nice, but I haven’t been able to access her bill pay for months because of some type of glitch with the system. Despite many attempts to solve the problem, no one has been able to fix it. But then there was Ms Laura from the Bamberg branch!! I called and spoke with Ms Laura yesterday and she quickly jumped on the problem and refused to quit until it was resolved. She called me this morning before 9:00am and told me that she got everything fixed for me. I was very impressed with her diligence to follow through and help me. In a world where most people just give you a phone number and leave you to correct the issues on your own, Ms Laura went way beyond and followed through, enabling me to be able to pay my mom’s bills through her account. Enterprise Bank is so fortunate to have such a dedicated employee and I really appreciate all the efforts she put forward help me. Thank you so much, Ms Laura!!”
