I was very disappointed with the service I received at this location. No customer service skills what so ever. I stood in line for 15 minutes behind a customer that actually was allowed to go find an item. Another employee came asked me to use the self check out . And then took the next customer at her register. Never said Thank you or anything.

I went into the store looking for Bee Venom pain cream but didn't have any luck. Bought a couple other creams to try. Nice selection of hair products and beauty items.

Pharmacist JUSTIN is one of the nastiest people I have ever encountered in the customer service arena. He answers the phone angrily and you’ll be lucky to get a greeting. He is rude, impatient, and lacks basic customer service skills. He refuses to work with people with incurable medical conditions and fill prescriptions that he can if he chose to. He is a disservice to the people of that community. Countless people have shared my same sentiments. Please stop sending him to Denmark among the other kind workers at CVS in Denmark.

CVS pharmacy use to be very accurate open on time. now they went from 10am on Sunday to whenever! Thats very bad for Business I need to change my pharmacy ugh!!!

I like the store, the staff is friendly, but the male pharmacist was so shockingly rude to me I'm not getting any more prescriptions filled here, I'm going to Walgreens from now on. Two stars for the helpful staff.

Yesterday My Boyfriend n I spent time trying to make appointments ( which is What this company requires you to do to get tested ) while speaking to a woman we could NOT understand . And after almost most an hour we got our appointments at this store. We got there early and after waiting for over a half an hour we were told that they couldn’t get into their computers!?!?I asked “ does this happen often?”And was told “YES”.We drove over a half an hour to get to this storen wasted an hour waiting!?!?I CAN NOT IMAGINE HAVING TO USE THIS STORE AS MY PHARMACY

If there was a MINUS STARS WOULD HAVE CHOOSEN IT !!!!Wanted to get a covid test today n told the female that we were having problems filing outCvs's on line questionnaire n she told us to just pull overOut of the drive thru ( which there Was Not Anyone behind us)And finish filling out the questionnaire.And we told her we were having problems with it.She DID NOT OFFER TO HELP US IN ANY WAY!!!!WE WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS STORE , AGAIN .
